Description
Screw Pump is a type of positive displacement pump designed to transfer fluids in a smooth, continuous flow using one or more screw-shaped rotors. The fluid is drawn in from the suction side and gradually pushed toward the discharge end through sealed cavities formed between the Screw and the Pump casing, resulting in low-pulsation, low-vibration operation. Screw Pump is ideal for handling high-viscosity liquids, abrasive fluids, or media containing solids. Its robust mechanical structure and low wear design make it widely used in wastewater treatment, food and beverage processing, oil and gas, chemical industries, and sludge handling applications.
We provide RXP single screw pumps that have proven to deliver excellent quality and performance.
XP is well-known for its RG pump series, which can transfer a wide range of media, including:
-
Activated sludge
-
Auxiliary flocculant
-
Primary sewage
-
Dewatered sludge
-
Lubricant
-
Slime
-
Polymer
and many more.
These pumps can operate within a temperature range of –10°C to 80°C, and special models are available that can withstand temperatures up to 150°C. With efficient design, quiet operation, and easy maintenance, our screw pumps provide a reliable and energy-efficient pumping solution for a wide range of industrial sectors.
